Featuring a 165 Hz refresh rate and 1 ms response time, this 2560 x 1440 QHD resolution monitor is designed to deliver liquid smooth graphics with minimal motion blur during high-action sequences. With NVIDIA G-Sync technology, the monitor reduces screen tearing, stuttering, and other artifacts when it is connected to compatible graphics cards through the HDMI 2.0 or DisplayPort 1.4 inputs. The Legion Y27q-20 also supports up to 1.07 billion colors, bringing rich details to games, videos, and photos. You can rotate the screen 90° in either direction to view documents in portrait mode and help save space with multi-monitor setups. The integrated USB 3.1 Gen 1 hub allows you to quickly connect peripherals such as flash drives, keyboards, and mice through the monitor.

1440 165hz and an ips panel amazing monitor everything about it is good. The controls on the monitor is the only bad thing I prefer joystick than the buttons this monitor has when changing settings

This monitor has performed admirably thus far for me. It’s high refresh rate works great with my hardware, it’s gsync compatibility makes screen tearing a fleeting memory, and the 1440p resolution was quite the upgrade from using only 1080p monitors in the past. My only major complaint is with the out of the box colors on this monitor, as it seems a bit darker than other monitors I have used in the past. Overall, this is a fantastic monitor that I would happily recommend to anyone looking for a high refresh rate 1440p monitor.

The market for desktop PC monitors is full of trade-offs. What you don’t see in the stats is that its very well constructed, looks cool but not tacky, and comes with an excellent stand that adjusts height and tilt. The backlight layout and IPS panel means this has some noticably poor black levels and uniformity compared to other options, but in most use-cases this isn’t distracting. The response time, color-rendering, and g-sync compatibility make up for it. For g-sync to work reliably with my GTX 1080, a firmware update that came out about a week after my purchase was needed. It installed painlessly.
