So far this has been a great purchase. Easy to set up, chic design and great functionalities. Pretty fast and easy no navigate. Not heavy at all, and practical for the needs of a university student!

I use this laptop for work and purchased this same laptop for my daughters. With online learning, I wanted a laptop that would be easy for them to use. The touch screen is perfect for my little ones.

Aside from a bit of unsurprising bloatware (an issue I’d also faced with a previous Lenovo laptop), this is an excellent computer. Speedy, wonderful resolution, able to do a lot at once. Excellent for web development. Workhorse battery. The touchscreen is responsive, and the flexibility to use it as a tablet is very cool (though it would be nice to have something to shield the keyboard when doing so). Overall, recommended!

Works ok as long as you have it in low power mode. Otherwise the fan sounds like it’s going 100 mph. Good enough for work. Worthless for gaming.

Good computer. No unwanted software installed. Zippy, good keyboard, so far just really tested web browsing, Google Apps, and somedrawing apps. Don’t theactive 2 pen yet — it was supposed toarrive by now but has been pushed back several weeks.

Awesome product, good price. Bought this for niece’s first year of college. So far, she loves it. Had no problems in setting it up, just forgot that it has touch screen. SMH.

Plastic build but not cheap feeling. Pretty bad speakers but the screen is good keyboard is good and trackpad. Also the privacy shutter is a nice touch. If you plan on upgrading good luck the only thing you can do is change the WiFi card and the ssd. But it will void your warranty and uses T5 screws. Ram is soldered. I have noticed a significant thermal improvement from repasting the CPU. Pair this with a Wacom pen and it’s perfect for drawing and note taking.

Love the idea but sometimes the switch to the tablet doesn’t register for some reason. Other then that, I would recommend this product at it’s current price point.

I always had a 19 in Dell. I was a little nervous about the smaller size but I love it. It is small but not to small. It is quick and has lots of features that I am still learning.Great product nothing cheap about this flex 5 except great pricing.

cool little computer so far, except it immediately wanted to do a bios update and froze in the middle (five hours later, still on the same command line), and now its keyboard won’t work. So,.factory reboot time…

Really loving this laptop – it is a great all-purpose device. In addition to the basics (browsing, office suite),it’s got enough memory, processing power, etc for some light gaming and drawing. The size is great, both big enough for everyday use, but small enough that it’s not a pain to carry. Plus, the convertible tablet mode has been a game changer for move watching and some lazy quarantine-weekend app time.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Fantastic laptop for the price. Tons of functionality and great performance, just wish the battery life was a little bit better.
