Fast! It boots faster than my older laptop can recover from sleep or hibernate. Programs load within a few seconds. I was looking for a new laptop with an I5 eight generation or later. This machine had an I7 tenth generation at about the same or maybe even less that the average of the other I5 machines I was looking at. It was only after I purchased the machine that I found that it was a discontinued LENOVO model, but the price made it a nice bargain.

Thin, light and convenient in terms of physical features however it, sometimes, heats a lot even while using browser. That’s the only downside, I’ve experienced so far.

Does the job but nothing spectacular. The screen and battery are a letdown.

It is the best laptop I’ve ever owned. It’s a little pricey, but it’s worth it. I bought it for school and I have not been disappointed

Very high quality, much faster than my previous laptop. Has more than enough storage and is able to have many windows open with little to no lag.

Whenever, I open the lid or I click on IE icon to open Internet Explorer (IE) or the computer turns back on from sleep mode, the screen flicks. I think there is a problem with display card or whatever it is called. Also, the battery (100% charge) goes only up to 5 hrs. whereas, on Lenovo website they have mentioned 10 hrs. In addition, even though I am not using any chatting app e.g. skype, Teams etc. mic is always on

Have had it for 2 weeks now. No issues so far. Really nice laptop. Fast processor coupled with the 16GB memory. Super fast shutdown/boot times as well. Love the keyboard response and that it can be backlit as well. Only wish it had a better video card for the price, but it’s not meant to be a gaming PC, I realize. Only giving 4 stars since I haven’t tried out the features yet but would definitely recommend for a work station.

This is a very pleasant computer. The materials all seemed in good condition. The screen was a bit dark but that didn’t bother me at all.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Lenovo delivered the computer to my house before expected date. It had a built in assistant to assess in set up. For a novice like me, it was great

I have been a hardcore ASUS user for the past 10 years. Their machines and products have always met my expectations. However, this time when I needed to get a new laptop, only LENOVO had one with 16GB built-in RAM for my budget. I was hesitant at first to switch brands, but I have to say that I do not regret my decision so far. Hopefully, I don’t jinx myself. :p 🙂
