(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Great battery life, and the computer loads and updates really fast. It’s also super light and thin which was a fantastic upgrade from my last laptop. The touch screen is handy dandy, and, as someone who uses their laptop for leisure, work, and school, it works really great. I definitely recommend for anyone who is looking for a laptop. In my opinion, it’s a lot better than laptops from a lot of other companies that a lot of my family members have. Also I got a really great sale and discount on it as a student, and it was worth the money for sure. It also arrived faster than I was expecting, especially since the pandemic has taken its toll on a lot of services, including postal services.

it suddenly came up blue screen and restarted automatically. I reset the computer as support advised, it keeps restarting and never boot up. I never buy this brand computer

It’s small, lightweight, very fast, and has a sharp display. We’ve had 2 of them for a couple weeks and they have done everything we have asked of them.

The USB C port stopped working after a while and the HDMI port is a little buggy. The fingerprint reader also randomly stops working but then starts working just as randomly. The 1080p 60hz display is very nice and and the antiglare is helpful. The keyboard is one of the best I’ve ever tried and it looks really nice. Overall, a good laptop with a few issues.

Easy setup, light weight, and boots up quickly. Battery lasts a decent amount of time ( I do agree with others about the awkward brick of a power pack) but functions perfectly. Touch screen is great and everything is easy to use. I mainly use my laptop for Microsoft excel/word/etc, social media, and light streaming.

Seems like a reliable computer. There were a few hiccups at first, but they seem to have resolved and I have had no additional issues. The camera and audio work well for all of the Zoom meetings I have been in recently. I use the computer primarily for work.

Good performance overall, boots fast and works great for light duty applications. Onboard G7 graphics are a major improvement over previous Intel onboard GPU. Laptop is lightweight and relatively small for a 15.5 screen. Only issue is screen. Brightness and backlight uniformity are not great.

It’s an incredibly fast and reliable product! I paid nearly double for my Mac and this laptop surpasses it in every way, pleasantly surprised!

I use this computer for school as well as photo editing. All of the programs I need load and save quickly with no lag while working on large photo files. The fingerprint sign-in is also a fantastic feature that makes it quick and easy to sign in, but still keeps the computer secure.

It’s a good computer that should last a long time especially considering the price. Great storage and ram space. It even bigger than I thought and works smoothly. The mousepad can be a little bit weird and you have to press in specific places for things. Definitely satisfied with the purchase

Nice design, weight is very light which is good and great graphics as well!! The speakers are not as powerful but is not something I care about. Not a 5 stars because Laptop supposed to be touch and I still haven’t find the way to activate it, I thought it was something that touchscreen laptops already had active but I tried following the steps to activate it and says I don’t have the drive to make it touchscreen!

The laptop is great! It works very smoothly and the processor is nice. The only thing I don’t love as much as my Lenovo Yoga is the touchpad

Had trouble immediately while setting up my brand new laptop. In the first several minutes it froze up- no keyboard, touch pad or touch screen control, I had to hardboot. It started up and worked fine for about 20 minutes and then froze up again. It did this 2 more times before I repackaged it to send it back.

My first Lenovo laptop and I think it’s the best laptop I’ve had. Great performance for its price and couldn’t be happier to have found it.
