This LG monitor works for me. Great connection, image quality is great. Easy setup, had one problem with the extension power adaptor that did not work, but that was the only issue. I like the size and auto connection/ on-off.

This is a good monitor which comes with quality monitor arm. It could be easily rated 4 or 5 star monitor with the price point and the quality of monitor. But it doesn’t support Mac well. The monitor works fine if Mac is woke up from sleep. If Mac is booting up from power off, the monitor doesn’t recognize the signal from Mac. I have to switch off and on again to work. It is a shame that LG didn’t manage to get it work after 2 years.

Great HDR, IPS display, larger screen size is a nice step up for the 27″ displays which seem standard these days. Excellent for use as a main monitor for video editing. While it is a step below the higher end OLED full gamut displays, with proper calibrating this is more than adequate for all but the most critical color work at a fraction of the price of an OLED panel. The included mount is easily the best I’ve ever seen included with a monitor, versatile you can clip on edge of a desk or attach through a desk grommet hole. This is just as good and has a wider adjustment range as Apple”s monitor stand that you have to pay up to $1000 extra for. It is also a standard VESA attachment as well if you chose to use another mount – again something you have to pay Apple extra for in their displays. Unit has USB C, connect one cable to run the display and the two standard USB ports built to the monitor. The same USB C cable will also charge / power a MacBook Pro. HDMi connection is also included for connecting other sources. One small drawback is it has a very large power brick but LG includes a long cable as well as an extra extension cable so you can place the brick under your desk or elsewhere out of the way.

For the first month of using the monitor, it was a joy to use with my Mac. Shortly after the first month, the USB-C input began to flicker only to eventually go out. Ever since then, LG customer support has been hard to get ahold of and a nightmare to work with. At one point, even changing their policy mid-way through the unit exchange process. To make it harder to work with them. It’s honestly a shame. The monitor, when it functioned properly, was a joy to use. Being on a Mac, it is now useless without the USB-C input. I would recommend going with a different brand if you’re looking for a monitor with USB-C functionality.

I’ve been using this display for over a year now and love it. photos are clear & even games on it look great in 4k. the problem is over time it’s started to have more & more light bleed in the corners/edges. It’s okay for most uses but when watching dark videos or viewing dark things it’s noticeable.

We have a few different 4K LG monitors in our office, In terms of the display they all seem about the same. All IPS with similar specs, With this one you are paying a little extra for a super cool arm. Which is very cool and frees up all sorts of space on your desk. I really like that the cables can run though the arm as well.

There are some things you can be stingy with, but when it comes to precision, eye sight and posture, for me that takes front seat. This LG monitor allows me to protect and produce the best work I thought the 32 would be tooo large, is it, however I love it and will be keeping the size. Super easy to install.
