Featuring IPS or In-Plane Switching technology, this 34″ TAA- compliant display features a 3440 x 1440 resolution, a 1000:1 contrast ratio, a 300 cd/m² brightness rating, and 178° viewing angles to ensure clear, crisp visuals. Furthermore, a 5 ms (GtG) response time allows for smooth performance with minimal blur or screen tearing. Supporting 1.07 billion colors, 99% of the sRGB and CIE1931 color gamuts, and HDR10, this ultrawide monitor is designed to provide accurate visuals.
Connect to the LG 34BN77C-B via a DisplayPort or two HDMI ports, and you can plug in accessories using two USB Type-A ports or the 3.5mm audio output jack. Alongside a detachable base, this monitor features LG’s OneClick design, allowing for easy adjustment of the monitor’s height tilt, and swivel. Furthermore, the three-side virtually-borderless, curved screen design allows for increased immersion, while flicker safe and reader modes minimize eye strain.

Overall a good monitor for working at home or other productivity and leisure tasks. The base is metal and the construction feels very sturdy. This is the first curved monitor I’ve purchased and I think I’m hooked, no more dual screens. The brightness and contrast are more than enough for working in light and dark rooms. The speakers are, well, monitor speakers (nothing to write home about). I’m happy with this purchase and, as always, happy with the B&H purchase experience.

This replaced my 20lb legacy (2) 27 Apple cinema displays, at the desk my control room. Worth the price, returned a less expensive Gigabyte 34 curved, the difference being this is an IPS screen, that matters.
