Enhance your computer build with style and ease using the black LANCOOL II Mid-Tower Case from Lian Li. Built for both experienced and beginner builders, this steel-frame mid-tower case features a toolless design with air intakes located on the front, top, and bottom sides. A lower vent is positioned toward your graphics card. The removable bracket makes it easy to install up to three 120mm fans, two 140mm, or a 360mm radiator on the front panel. It can also be positioned in four different configurations to optimize cooling for your build. Up to three 120mm fans or two 140mm fans can be installed on the top for maximum airflow, or you can mount a 240mm radiator for liquid cooling. You can also install up to two 120mm fans on an internal panel for dedicated PSU cooling. Three 120mm fans are included with the LANCOOL II, located on the top, front, and rear.
The LANCOOL II has seven full-size expansion slots with a drive cage that holds up to three 2.5/3.5″ storage drives. Four 2.5″ drives can be mounted across two removable trays. Additionally, this stylish case includes RGB LED lighting strips on the front panel, which can be adjusted with built-in controls. Both sides feature hinged magnetic tempered glass panels, providing a full view of your build. Specialized cover plates offer easy cable management while hiding them from sight. Two USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-A ports and a 3.5mm audio jack are built into the front panel for easy access.

I’m happy so far with this case as it covers my drive storage needs. I think that the build quality is a bit cheap the front cover specifically, which has a gap that let some RGB lights pass through. The practicality of this case is what made me buy it. Overall, it’s practical and it has a stunning view especially with this color. It creates gradient RGB effects as the light bounces. It’s great and I would recommend it at this price point with the exception of its shipment price.

excellent case, very good to work with, the spectacular LEDs, the hard drive compartment is an option that I love, the only thing I have to say is that it is too heavy to move.

This case is the one to get if you want plenty of storage space! the only CON: if you want a CD-ROM drive slot, this case doesn’t have one

The case itself is top-notch. Smartly designed, plenty of room, good options for extra fans, etc. I would have given it 5 stars, except for the front panel USB-C option that others have commented on. By default, the case DOES NOT come with USB-C…just the porthole for it on the front panel. It requires an optional accessory purchase to get the actual USB-C port. Installation requires some disassembly of the front panel board, which is more complicated if you’ve already built your computer. I was also seriously concerned I was going to break the board trying to get the port into it. I also opted to get the HD backplate and RGB strip to go with it. I was very pleased with both of those accessories. Installation was simple and quick for these two. Overall, I really do like this case once I got everything done. Just be aware that its price is lower than comparable cases because they didn’t include the USB-C already built in.

The USB-C cable needed to connect to the motherboard is not included. The LEDs are nice, but keep in mind that looking directly into the front grill from the side will let you see the bare bulbs, which creates some harsh lighting.

Used this case to build my first PC. It is a bit larger than I thought it would be, but that said…it is well made and has lots of room for whatever you would want to add to it. Same case as the Razer Tomahawk, minus the RGB controller, but adds 3 fans. I bought the controller for $29….well worth it for spending half the price on the case.

Building in this case was a dream, Wire management was easy and the build looks incredibly clean.
