The 9" USB Type-C Male to HDMI Female Adapter Cable from Liberty AV Solutions converts a USB Type-C port on your device to an HDMI port, allowing a compatible device to deliver video signals to an HDMI-outfitted display, projector, or TV. This adapter connects to your HDMI cable and can be used with USB-C smartphones and tablets offering an HDMI Alt Mode feature. You can also use this adapter with notebooks sporting a USB-C port supporting DisplayPort or Thunderbolt 3 technology. The adapter’s USB Type-C connector has a reversible design that lets you connect to a USB-C port on the first attempt. For securing an HDMI cable with screw-in fasteners, Liberty AV has outfitted this adapter with an eyelet-molded design. Additionally, this cable adapter extends the length of your HDMI cable by 9".

I recently purchased a few dozen of these adapters. We had to remove all of them from our conference rooms. This adaptor does not work with AV Control Systems and Switchers. The picture does not carry through. In other rooms that do not have the control system, the picture does carry, but the audio falls out every once and a while. Our main computers driving this are Mac Book Pro’s. We have not tested this with PC’s.
