I love these lamps because they make celebratory decorating so easy! The light shows have great appeal to young and old alike. This one is useful in having a sturdy tripod base for deployment in the home that can also be closed up and used as a stake to hold the light firmly in soft ground when used outside. The video shows both daytime and night-time use.Whirl-A-Motion means that the central image is static and the surrounding images move, dancing around the fixed central image. The light and the stand are mostly made of good quality plastics that provide the sturdiness the light needs to be deployed outside in all weathers. The filters are easy to change and cover four different events, birthday, Independence Day, “happy holidays” and New Year.The powerful LED lights project the multi-colored effects up to twenty feet onto any surface. There is no on/off switch so power control has to be done at the outlet by either switching the outlet off or pulling the cord. I have indoor and outdoor timers that I set up so the lights come automatically and go off a few hours later.

The Lightshow multi-colored led whirl-a-motion and static projection with 12-changeable slides is a really nice option to decorate the holiday season or a special occasion that requires a little pizzazz. Very easy to install, minimal parts to assemble and literally dummy proof. Great way to enhance the holiday decor with a projection light show and with the 12 changeable slides, allows for flexibility in choosing/crating a different theme/ambience. Since it will mainly be an outdoor application, I am hoping it can/will withstand inclement weather conditions. Can’t wait to implement it for this coming holiday season.

I ordered this multi-color LED whirl-a-motion and static projection for both in and outdoor use. Following unpacking I was pleased to see how well it is built. The ground stake opens up into a tri-pod for indoor use. During the majority of the year I plan to use it in our basement rec room for festive lighting. The unit comes with a set of twelve slides covering a wide range of holidays and occasions such as a birthday. The instructions are well-written and easy to follow. The slides are easily installed and removed and are designed in such a way there can be no mistake made when inserting them. The unit is completely silent when operating, not so much as a hum. I have to admit that I was pleasantly surprised how neat this product really is. The holiday flexibility is really convenient. It’s good to have a holiday product that I can use for more than 1 month a year.Noteworthy items:• 12 different inserts. 8 with a Christmas theme. 2 with a July 4th theme. 1 Happy B-Day. 1 Happy New Year.• Most people will use these outside but also it really looks neat on interior walls and ceiling.• Nice and bright with good colors. Everyone on the street will notice this light.• Easy to use with the include stake for mounting in your yard.• It runs fairly quiet.• It stays pretty cool even after on for a while.• Changing the inserts is quick and simple after you get the door opened.• I placed mine about 20 feet from the house to get the best placement and light impact.Concerning items:• The door to change the inserts is pretty tough to open, which I’m sure is by design to keep the rain, etc. I recommend this product. The price is accurate for this type of light and the overall quality is on point.

This is a lovely projector for just about every holiday. Light dispersion is minimal and guarantees a crisp image projection to about 25 feet. Between that and 50 feet images are good, but a potentiometer for the light would’ve come handy allowing you to add more light to a greater distance. You have slides for every holiday, except the ethnic religious holidays. Design is superb in terms of water ingress prevention and cable and internal wiring is very well insulated from water. The LED itself is encased very well which I thought can generate some problems with cooling the LED backplate, but is seems to have been measured very well with a bigger heat sink plate than normal for LEDs with that capacity. Power consumption is negligible, so you can safely use it overnight without thinking of a power timer.It is an excellent holiday decoration that will immediately turn your house into the festivity place regardless of the holiday. Casing material is a sturdy plastic much thicker than other alternatives on the market, although I couldn’t notice any fiber reinforcement. Maybe there is some but definitely below 25% glass fiber content. It is not a working tool after all. The stake/tripod has a fascinating design and is plastic as well, which could be intimidating, but it is very sturdy too. Excellent job from design to manufacturing.
