Overall, I am pleased with this 3 in. x 1 in. 60-grit MTD flap wheel. It’s one of those tools that makes certain jobs go a whole lot easier. It was useful and absolutely indispensable for brick sanding. I used this product to perform major cleaning of my 100 year old brick wall. I found the brick sanding approach absolutely superior over conventional power washing (with chemicals). The difficult places to reach were easily sanded with this flap wheel too due to its size. It’s easy to use and very durable. I really enjoyed the sanding with this flap wheel; the whole brick wall project (~500 sq. ft.) was done within two days and I enjoy the result. My 100 year old brick wall looks new again! Great product! Great performance! Reasonable price. I highly recommend it.
