I bought this over a year ago and had such difficulties with it. It worked for a little over 3 months then started acting up. Tried to get help with it but it would only work for a few days before acting up again. I would not recommend this product if you want something long term.

It’s basically very reliable. Sometimes it drops out but the handy app makes it easy to troubleshoot. The system extends the Wi-Fi from the 2nd floor to the basement, through brick. So – yes, it’s good.

I love the performance so far. However, the install wasn’t as easy as 1,2,3. First it couldn’t automatedly find my ISP (Spectrum) modem. Ended up calling the Help Desk. It took awhile to get it up and running. The Technician had to run through a number of checklist and finally had to connect using my computer. I was happy with the Help Desk Support but wasn’t happy with how long it took to get the router up and running. Can’t remember how long it took. Bottom line, Love the Router and Nodes everything works as advertise. The Install didn’t go as smooth as the uTube experts claim.

I’m an IT professional, been my career for the last 30 years. These were so easy to setup, and we have outstanding coverage in our 2 floor 3050sq home. The family printer is in the guest room and the fact these APs have two ethernet ports to allow hardwired appliances is perfect. Like a iPhone, these are simple to implement.

This works well. Sometimes. Other times, I just find that it is inconsistent. The customer service is good, once you get through to them. But the solutions that are provided are not complex, but just time consuming and far from smooth. This is not a dependable system. I’ve been using it since May, 2020. Sometimes I’ve been happy with it, but other times, I’m just frustrated. Now it just stopped working completely. If customer service helps me, I’ll update probably this. But I would not recommend buying this. There are just better products for the same price out there. My old router is performing better than it did – just without the longer range. Disappointed.

We bought this to provide WiFi calling inside a large metal warehouse where phone reception was non existent. This system works great, providing excellent WiFi signal in all areas.

WiFi drops on one or 2 and have to. reset whole system. The app needs more info on it. And resets back to the start every time you change something. When it works it’s awesome

All of my nodes are about 10 to 15 feet apart just to connect. They keep going orange lights and disconnecting and I have to go in and do the channel find all the time. My download speed jump all over the place from 150 to 1 download with a hardline connection with a 41 percent packet loss. Straight out of my modem I get 600 down with no loss.
