A special boot clamp crimping pliers that is designed to work in confined spaces. The pliers work from the side unlike traditional tools that work from the end. The unique offset design allows the technician to work on clamps on larger size boots.

Crimps ear-type clamps in hard-to-reach areas
Top plate on the pliers flattens the crimp
Pliers work on most ear-type clamps except those requiring a torque reading

Had gotten a similar tool from another vendor, tool broke after 2nd. clamp, I ordered this tool from Home Depot, it came quickly at reasonable cost compared to others and the tool work great. When clamping is complete, you have a professional look job .
