This is a great dutch oven. I would give it 5 starts if the inside didn’t feel like a truck liner. I took a sander to this and smoothed it out and then seasoned it. It came out great. This thing is awesome at making sourdough bread. I have never made one better. Great at deep frying and stir fry.

This dutch oven is amazing to have in my cooking arsenal. It is really well made, and I expect it to last forever (it is a great weight that really distributes heat well). The lid has little spikes on it (they call “self basting tips”) which helps keep the food moist. We also take it camping all the time, because of this oven, our food options are vastly improved.
