If you have a kamado style grill, this is the dutchy for you. Just the right size and you get a pot as well as a skillet for one low price. I use this dutchy and the skillet on my large BGE all the time and have been cooking with it for the last 6 years. Lodge is not as fancy as some, but it is well designed, has a good enough fit and finish, and will last for pretty much ever. Great buy in my book. Try grilling a nice rib eye on the grate right next to the skillet lid with sautéed mushrooms, crumbled fried bacon, onions, and blue cheese crumbles. Can’t really go wrong, this is a great price.

I use this Dutch oven to bake bread. The lid doubles as a frying pan, but I’ve never used it in that capacity.I preheat it in a 450 degree oven for 30min. No seasoning or oil. Place in the dough on parchment paper, put on the lid and bake 30mins. Perfect bread every time.

Love the Dutch oven design. My only criticism is that there is a small bubble on the handle where some of the protective finish did not properly adhere to the cast iron and therefore has already come off.
