Love my new cast iron griddle. It’s very heavy so wouldn’t be hard for the elderly to lift. It makes making our homemade tortillas easier because we can make more than one at a time

We use it to make pizza, grill steak , as well as heat up frozen prepared food. By avoiding dripping into the grill that causes flare-ups, the food is cooked more evenly. A little heavy to carry back and forth, but it is expected for cast iron material. In general, we are happy with the purchase.

Love my Lodge griddle! The versatility of the smooth and grill sides at just a flip of the griddle is a plus. Griddle was ready to use right out of the package because it was pre-seasoned. Fits perfectly on my gas range and works great on the center oval burner. The included egg rings and grill cleaners were a bonus at Home Depots amazing price. I thought I would use it more, but I find it to be cumbersome to use. It’s heavy. I got it to use on my middle burner but you can’t use another pan at the same time, not enough stovetop space.
