Love my Lodge griddle! The versatility of the smooth and grill sides at just a flip of the griddle is a plus. Griddle was ready to use right out of the package because it was pre-seasoned. Fits perfectly on my gas range and works great on the center oval burner. The included egg rings and grill cleaners were a bonus at Home Depots amazing price. This grill is amazing! So easy to cook with, clean and re-season. I’ve never gotten such beautiful grill lines! I’ve used it outdoors on the BBQ, indoors on the cooktop and in the oven and broiler. No more salmon goo in the pan, or sticking to and falling thru the grill. Perfect every time!

It’s my fourth Lodge cast iron pan. I love how they cook. They heat well and retain heat for a long time. I use oil so food doesn’t stick and it’s easy to clean them.With the large size, cooking a lot of pancakes or grilling burgers for the whole family is quick!

Even cooking as expected with cast iron. Came seasoned so all you needed is to start cooking on it. Do not wash for great cooking. Not a smooth surface compared to high dollar irons but DEFINITELY not a hindrance. Grill side harder to clean obviously compared to griddle side but for grill side just pour off excess grease fast, scrub residue off with non soapy steel wool and wipe clean quickly with paper towels to remove any remaining grease residue. Ready to go again. We use it cast iron almost daily.Not a promotional item or review compensationHave had griddle/grill more than 2 months.Fyi, scrambled eggs take a little practice.
