This was a replacement for the M310 which just wore out. It is definitely an improvement, faster, better tracking and much better scroll wheel. I am playing Minecraft with my grandchildren and the buttons on the side are very useful.

I have an iMac, and the software on Logitech’s website is compatible with OS X. My favorite feature is being able to use the wheel button to open all windows in expose This is extremely comfortable and ergonomic. It’s much better than the magic mouse that came with my computer (that thing is more like a work of art than anything). I like the fact that it is a full-size mouse. A lot of the Logitech mice out there are much smaller and more meant for portability. I would recommend this to anyone who needs to replace/upgrade their mouse!

The Logitech wireless mouse works great and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Just bought another M510 Logitech mouse for one of my computers. Love it still, one of the best mice around. What convinced me to do this was the great price from B&H, my go-to guys for good electronic deals.

This wireless mouse has a good feel to it. The left and right clicks are solid. It has a scroll wheel that has a positive feel to it. It also doubles with a scroll left and right functionality (but the applications where this can be used are sparse). It has two buttons on the left side, which are activated by your thumb. I use these buttons frequently. I would not want a mouse without them. They allow you to go forward and back, when using your web browser (and probably work in other apps, too). No longer will you have to drag your way to the corner of your browser, to click on the back arrow. And after you go back, you can just as easily/quickly then go forward to where you were. This mouse can be run with 1 or 2 AA batteries. I run mine with 1 lithium AA battery. It lasts over a year (I think — did not write down the date). If you run it with 1 battery for a few days, and then add the second battery, you will notice the additional weight. The second battery will extend the time for when you will need replace the batteries. But since one battery lasts for so long, I see no reason to keep lifting the mouse with 2 batteries. And changing the battery is fast and simple. Note that there is no warning for a low battery. Your mouse will simply, suddenly, unexpectedly stop working. The mouse also has a power switch on the bottom. I never use it. If your hands are small, this mouse might be too big for you.

The mouse is very lightweight, so slick and fits my hand perfectly. The USB plugin is very small and works perfectly!

This mouse almost feels like it should be for a lefty. I have to really work at it to get to the controls on it. And it’s huge compared to my other regular size mice.

I have always been a wired mouse user from day one (decades ago) but I decided to go with a wireless laser mouse due to my health condition. Now, I can sit my gel mouse pad on a small yoga block and use the mouse on my leg from time to time. Highly recommended!
