I use the product for everyday typing and a few videogames including first person shooter, and some dota based games. Its great for everything.Pros: Super thin. Quiet. Laptop-like feel illuminated. Small, so will fit almost any desk. (not for keyboard) … Also very comfortable.Cons: I wish that i could make it a little higher off the desk but i can put something under it if i need to.

Honestly, I wanted this thing since Logitech started making it, but the price/necessity quotient was not right. Anyhow, the $15 rebate swayed me to buy it.Now that I have it, I have to say it is my dream keyboard. Not only does the style perfectly suit me, but the feel of the keys and the overal functionality are top notch. Basically, as much as I was coveting this thing, it actually seems to meet my expectations.The keys are a little unique. I can’t figure out why they didn’t light the ‘F’ fucntion keys, and the backspace is smallish, but these are really non issues. I also wonder about the durability of the slender feet that fold out on the bottom.I don’t do any real gaming. Mostly work and internet.

i couldn’t be happier with this purchase !!! the back lit keys are sweeeeet!! until you have them, you don’t know what you’ve been missing out on ! i like playing world of warcraft in a dark room, and now i can see what i’m doing without having a light on behind me… the keys feel perfect to the touch, and the heavy weight of the keyboard means that it won’t go flying off my lap desk like my old keyboard did… it took a little getting used to the extra two inches at the bottom of the keyboard, but it is sloped for comfort, and i’m sure if i was typing a long letter it would be a bonus.. haven’t figured out the volume controls for in game use.. my old logitech didn’t need to do anything..i’m sure it’s just a tweak in the software… also noteworthy..B&H blew the competition away with their great pricing on this, along with free shipping, no tax, and smokin’ fast delivery !!!

I have been using one of these Logitech keyboards at work for some time and finally after purchasing other lighted keyboards purchased this for home from B & H at a great price. Key action is much better that all the other keyboards I tried, quite, and looks nice.

We use these illuminated keyboards in darkened rooms all day, every day. I’m not an excellent touch-typist, especially when it comes to the special keys along the top rows (like #, @, & and the function keys), so it really helps me a lot to have all of the keys illuminated! These keyboards were hard to find at local computer stores, so I’m glad that we could get them online!

This keyboard is very well done and looks fantastic, however, one minor problem – it won’t work in all situations. Unlike the good old days, when every keyboard was plug-and-play, the machine you want to use it on must accept a HID Keyboard. If it doesn’t – it won’t work at all.

I came across this Keyboard in a store, and loved the way it felt and how quiet the keys are. I shopped around for the best price, and purchased the keyboard from B&H. The Keyboard is perfect IMO. Keys are quiet and soft and fits me perfectly. The Illuminated keys are awesome, and great feature. So far i have had the keyboard for a month and not one issue. I always buy logitech products, and every time i am satisfied.

I purchased this keyboard after much research on my end. I also wanted an illuminated one because it is dark where I work and I thought it would be a neat feature and it is. But this keyboard isn’t recognized by my Intel motherboard until Windows 7 starts to boot. If I need to start a secondary plex or get into safe mode I have to plug in another keyboard to do that. Numerous correspondence with Logitech confirms this is a known problem but rare. I love the keyboard and choose to keep it regardless of this fault.

I am so happy that I stumbled upon this keyboard! I work many late hours on my home computer in the dark, so finally being able to see the keys instead of guessing is wonderful! Low profile, quiet keys with a good keystroke feel. It is much smaller than my last keyboard because of the narrow edge arround the keyboard. The adjustable backlighting gives the keys much higher contrast even in the daytime without being too bright.
