The K270 Wireless USB Keyboard from Logictech is a sleek, stellar keyboard for wirelessly working up to thirty feet away from your Windows computer. This keyboard features eight hot keys for instant access to the Internet, e-mail, music audio control, and more. In addition, it is designed to be spill-resistant and features durable UV-coated keys so the characters on the keys don’t fade.
The keyboard works on the 2.4GHz wireless band to give you an immediate and undisturbed signal. To establish a wireless connection, this standard-sized keyboard utilizes the Logitech Unifying receiver, which fits into the USB port of your computer. Because the keyboard is plug-and-play, you need not first install drivers or software to start using it. With a two-year battery life and an Auto-Standby mode, this keyboard allows for extended use and is a no-fuss way to work away from your computer and desk.

This isn’t a very exciting product, just a simple plug it in and it works kind of event. The key action is good for an inexpensive keyboard, and it seems to work fine with no drivers. I have found that batteries last a long time (many months if not more than a year) even though i never remember to turn it off.

I love that the USB dongle has a slot in the keyboard in case you don’t need it. It’s definitely worth it to replace you wired keyboard with this one, especially if you already use a Logitech unified mouse.

Inexpensive and basic and that’s what I needed. It has a few times timed-out, like it lost the connection or dropped only after aout 10 minutes of not using it, but pulling the adapter out and back in seems to do the trick. Not an issue for me though. Happy with this 🙂
