Get working with the Logitech MX Keys Wireless Keyboard for a comfortable typing experience. Featuring 2.4 GHz and Bluetooth wireless connectivity as well as compatibility with multiple platforms and devices, the MX Keys offers users a seamless way to work across systems. By downloading the Logitech Options software and using the Logitech Flow feature, users can navigate, copy/paste text, images, and files between three Windows and Mac computers simultaneously. Moreover, it features Smart Illumination, which automatically turns on the backlight when you’re near and can also adjust its brightness depending on your surroundings. On a normal use basis, the MX Keys can last up to 10 days; however, with backlight off, it’s rated to last up to 5 months. Please note that actual battery life will depend on usage.

This keyboard is so nice to type on. It’s so cool it senses when you are close to it and the keys light up for you. I was surprised how heavy it was for its size – which is a good thing – meaning it feels quality! I’m so happy I didn’t skimp out on a keyboard. Smaller range I thought. But very well built. Nice keys. Wish it had replaceable batteries. Worried about when the internal batteries gives up. Oh well, enjoying it whole it lasts.

My productivity skyrocket with this keyboard, the Unifying platform from Logitech make my life so easy, I can switch from PC to PC or to PC to MAC. The typing is so smooth. Get it, yes I know is an 100 buck key board but trust me, you will not regret it, One more advise, dont pay 100 more for the big brother, the volume knob is not worth it.

I love this keyboard. Really has made my work from home life easier. I can switch between my work and home PC with a touch of a button. Keyboard setup was easy. Keys are very responsive. Love the tactile feedback. Keyboard build is solid. Love that it’s not plastic.

I’ve only used this to work from home during the covid quarantine, but it’s everything I was hoping for. I am coming from a wired mac numberpad keyboard, and specifically wanted something non-mechanical (I have roommates and type to much to be making that kind of noise). The best aspect is using the usb wireless receiver instead of relying on onboard bluetooth, which I’ve had problems with in the past. I use this for video editing and graphic design, and it serves its purpose. I wouldn’t recommend it to everyone for $100, but if you have the money and need a reliable keyboard that doesn’t make noise, this is it. I do however HIGHLY recommend the MX Master 3 mouse, which I bought at the same time. Exceeded expectations. Will update this review after a year if my opinion changes.

It’s pleasantly heavy (slim though), it feels nice to touch, it feels nice to type, it actually is able to connect to three devices simultaneously. I cannot think of a single half-serious complaint yet. If it doesn’t seem to work, maybe try charging it? It definitely DOES last longer than 2 days on batteries with backlight. If it lasts less, maybe try charging it FULLY first? The Command and Option keys are NOT reversed on the keyboard itself OR in the OS (and mind you, I tried it in Catalina, too). Maybe if you want to enable the function keys permanently, you should look at the big Esc key, which has a lock icon with fn written on it, and maybe you should also try to press that Esc while holding the Fn button? Imagine returning a keyboard over your own misunderstanding. Just too many issues. Those reviewers, Jesus Christ.

easy to connect no need for the Unifying USB receiver on a mac mini. brightness keys were not working. logitech support via e mail was excellent.i would rather the telephone but that’s not how it works at logitech. so worst case scenario i had to wait, i have the patience. i will say they people who put up with me were great. explained everything, etc.. i will say that i did not wait long, usually within a day. keys f1 and f2, will not work on external monitors. i use it on a mac and a windows machine and it is flawless. i have programmed certain keys ( using the software and not using the software) and again no problems. the battery lasts a very long time even with lights on, low. i should mention that on my windows machine i do have a receiver for the mouse, i guess the kb used it. it connected just fine. the indents on the kb are fine, they help. i would prefer a little noise when typing. for a kb it is heavy, pretty solid, and stays put wherever you use it. the price, well could be better,but, it is what it is (don’t you hate that saying). if you want a good quality kb this is it, hands down.

I moved to this keyboard because I wanted something with backlighting and wireless. It has been a great upgrade. I love that the backlighting adjusts based on the brightness of the room and that it comes on as your hands approach the keyboard. I’m very happy with the feel of the keys. I find it very easy to type on. I also am happy with the overall feel of the keyboard … well made, sturdy, etc.

After using so many keyboards made of light plastic, this one made a great first impression: very solid metal construction. The keys are a little bit deeper than you would find on a laptop, but not much. Very easy to type on. The keys light up when your hands get close to the keys. Very handy when in a darker location. You don’t always want to have to touch a key to wake up the back lighting. The keys are very quiet, so you won’t bother other people in the room.

I decided to replace my magic keyboard with numeric pad with the MX Keys. In 6 days, I’ve had to restart my iMac twice because I’ve lost connectivity with the keyboard. If this happens a third time, I’ll be sending it in for a refund.
