The picture is great. This is actually a second, extra camera of this model. The mic is OK and it sometimes has a little trouble with autofocus but overall it does a great job, and most webcams out there don’t seem to be perfect in every area.

I wish I’d known Litra was made by Logitech! I purchased a Litra Pro light kit in November of 2020. It was working fine until a couple of days ago. OK, it’s out of warranty, I know. But I contacted Logitech and not only did they tell me it was out of warranty (which I knew), they also said they have no repair facilities. In other words, I’m now out $170. I don’t expect B&H to help me here. This isn’t their doing or their problem. I think they should, however, reconsider doing business with companies that won’t repair the items they sell. Anyhow, the moral of the story is — if you buy something from Logitech (at least their Litra product) — don’t think you’ll ever be able to get it repaired. At least with real name brand items I purchase (Canon, Induro, SanDisk, Westcott) — they stand behind their products and will fix them (for a fee, which is fine) when they break. Not Logitech. Sorry Logitech, nobody in my family will be buying any more keyboards, mice, web cams, and certainly not any Litra lighting items from you ever again.

It works fine for zoom work calls, but I find it doesn’t adjust to different light settings that well. The lighting needs to be perfect and directly on my face from the front in order for me not to look like I’m working in a dark cave. If the light comes from any other angle, you can’t see my face at all. My iphone can adjust to different types and angles of light sources way better than this dedicated camera.

Good for what it is. A sure upgrade over your built in laptop webcam. 30 fps only which is a bit of a letdown but still pretty solid. Recommend as a starter webcam.

I needed a webcam for my 32 Dell monitor with my new Mac Studio. There were absolutely no issues with setting it up and turning it on–it worked as soon as I attached the USB. The device is ideal–the clip hardly obscures any of the monitor screen, and the picture and sound quality are wonderful–I double-checked that by Zooming with a couple of techies, who said the sound was just about equal to my using a headset microphone. A low-key blue light comes on when the webcam is on. I very much appreciate the privacy cover when I’m not using it.

I bought the Logitech C920s HD Pro Webcam for my photography computer, a Cyberpower Gaming tower and BenQ monitor that came without a webcam. I was pleased with how easy it was to set up the webcam and was pleasantly surprised with the better resolution it provided as compared with my home office Lenovo all-in-one computer.

The C920s provides good sound and video for web-based staff meetings. Adjustments in camera angle, white balance, and color (or black and white if I prefers) are made easy by its simple controls. A closing privacy screen is a nice touch.

I waited 8 months for this webcam, as most webcams were sold out and back ordered due to the pandemic. Unfortunately, it’s actually inferior to the 10 year old Logitech 720p webcam I’ve been using. It’s not as clear and sharp as the old one, and it focuses much slower. Quite disappointing. I’ll keep using the old one and keep this as a backup spare.
