I’m a fan of quite a few Logitech products, but this webcam fell flat. If you’re on a Windows machine then this could be a good choice, but on a Mac, the Facetime Cam is far superior for Zoom, Teams, and WebEx video calls. Even with the LogiTunes software installed the adjustments just didn’t come close to what Mac is capable of by default.

Very satisfied with this camera. Bought it for Zoom meetings and family communication. Easy peasy to set up on my Mac mini and use. The Logi Capture app (downloadable) allows one to fine tune the camera settings and features. Like the flip up lens cover for privacy. Microphone works well, too. For the price, it’s a good deal.

This replaced a classic that was squirrely with older software. Because of the wide span of reviews, I called CS before setting this puppy up. That’s when I learned about Logitech’s new software, LogiTune. Everything’s A-OK with this and my Win10 computer. I’m not crazy about the audio, at its price point, it’s fine for my regular Zoom meetings.

I’ve used a few webcams from ranging from $20 to $300 and the C920 is probably the sweet-spot workhorse of the lot so far. It’s built solid and the base articulation is smooth and ‘grippy’. Overall, the quality doesn’t feel ‘cheap’. It’s a well built piece of equipment. I haven’t tested the audio as I use a headset, but the image quality is very good. The FOV is just right for day to day meeting use.

I’ve owned the unit about a month and it works well. THe video is sharp and I’m told that the audio is also. I’ve given it 4 stars instead of 5 becasue it took me a while to get the unit to work with my Mac when running Zoom. It was not plug and play as when used with YouTube. Also note fyi, that the clip was not designed for attaching to a desktop monitor that has a hood.

This item worked well when it first arrived. Then people couldn’t see me. The video would go in and out. Then they couldn’t hear me – the audio would go in and out. I tried reconnecting it, changing Zoom setting, everything I could think of. The thing just wouldn’t work. I have resorted to using my computer’s camera and mic. I flirt with the idea of trying the device again but I am afraid it will pit on an important meeting.

The Logitech webcam was worth the long wait for it be in stock again. The ease of setup is great. The video display is crystal clear and the audio captures all range of sounds. There is a privacy shutter if you don’t want to be seen on screen and the unit is small and easy to place on my monitor. I downloaded the Logitech Capture app which gives me more features and capabilities. Its simple to set up and easy to use for all video meetings.

This Logitech webcam has been out of stock for months due to high demand during the pandemic. It finally came available and I got one. Excellent resolution, low-lighting performance, and the built-in mics do a great job, too. Was able to easily mount to my existing monitor and works well with the speaker system on my computer. Even after the pandemic is over, technology like this is going to be important I believe.

Love it! Easy to use. Picture quality is really good at a very reasonable price! A word of advice for any webcam is to make sure there’s not too much light behind you from windows, etc. or the auto-exposure system will overcompensate and give you a semi-silhouetted picture. Light yourself evenly from the front and the picture should look pretty good!
