This is a decent camera. It works wellwith Logitech capture software, but zoom and pan do not work in Logitech camera settings software. I have been communicating with Logitech support. As of this review, there is no fix.

This device grabs the top of your monitor (so it should fit anything) and allows for up and down adjustment. The video is crystal clear and the sound is very good. The camera cover is great for when I’m not using it. I’m happy with this purchase, it’s working great for my business Zoom meetings.

This is an excellent camera for Zoom use. The camera automatically loaded its program when the USB cable was plugged in. It has very high quality video in 16×9 format with good light control. The stereo audio is is also excellent. JWG, Jacksonville, FL

When connecting to a Mac, plug-in and restart the computer and you’re up and running. It took me a while to figure out how to control the volume on a docked MacBook. I like the fold down shutter. Works great.

I primarily use this camera to play MTG on Spelltable. The picture is clear, cards are clickable, and it doesn’t have the focus issues that some of my friends cams have. Mic works great as well.

Used a Logitech webcam on my desktop for years. Liked the idea of the lens cover on the C920. Installed the camera with Logitech’s new software package. Camera controls worked fine. The microphone could not be found. Restarted and reinstalled and still no mic. Finally reverted back to old Logitech software package which finds the mic just fine but camera controls are very limited. Hoping for a software update but not holding my breath. Will probably go back to using the old web cam with a post-it over the lens.

Good video/audio quality. No complains so far.

This is the only webcam I will buy. I’m sure many other webcams (which have higher resolution, better microphones, or special lenses), none of that really translates to adding value when using online video conferencing solutions (such as WebEx, Zoom, Teams, and Google Meet).

This camera was super-easy to set up. All I had to do was open the box, plug in the USB cord, mount the camera on top of my computer monitor, and it was ready to use. For Zoom meetings this budget-friendly camera meets my needs perfectly. The image quality is good, and the built-in microphone easily picks up my voice from a couple of feet away. Tip: For the best image quality on Zoom, be sure to use the HD video setting.

It only took 9 months for one to come in online. B&H was the first to get them in stock. I really wanted three but was only allowed to order 1 so I can not tell you much about if they work or not. I will update when I can order two more.

I have a 2017 15 Intel Macbook Pro with the 720p Facetime Camera built-in. Chose this camera for an upgrade. Worked instantly and with really beautiful image quality. Only reason I dropped a star is the color balance is bit cool for my taste, (which I’d like to adjust) and there is no Logitech camera software available for Mac.

I had to wait quite awhile since this item was on backorder, but it was worth the wait. Webcam is very flexible in terms of mounting, and I especially like the shutter cover. Video quality is OK. There was no need to download any drivers in WIndows 10.

Plug and play for me. Mac Mini 2020. Nice picture, good sound. Little privacy flap is a good idea.

When I decided I needed one, they were backordered for several months. I have a MacBook Pro but, as most know, the camera on them is not really all that great and at the time I was using it as a desktop with a separate monitor. I have since purchased a Mac Mini M1, so I’m really glad I already had the C920S. The only problem is that Logi capture is not optimized for the M1, so there are no adjustments for the webcam available yet. But, it still awesome. Sound quality is great. Picture is great, although it probably is too good for those poor souls have to see me through it. Having the flap to cover the camera is a huge plus, too.

Would definitely recommend for high quality webcam use from home

I installed Logitech’s Capture on a mac mini without issues, but running the program always crashes. On the other hand, everything works great on my Windows machine. Recording audio requires turning down the mic input volume otherwise there’s massive distortion.

Very good quality. I buy some for my company.

This is my second C920s webcam. It has great features and a beautiful image. It’s basically plug & play right out of the box, with one major exception. I immediately realized that the image is reversed upon plugging the webcam in. Why the default image is reversed kind of blows my mind. There were no directions on how to reverse the image. I went on the Logitech website and searched for a solution. Nada. I searched Google, too. All the solutions were complicated and convoluted. I ended up downloading 2 or 3 programs that didn’t solve my problem. Since this is my second C920s, I went back to my first installation of this webcam on my other PC. The image was right on. So, I checked and I have a program called Logitech Capture. I checked its settings, and sure enough, under the Source 1 settings there’s an Advanced Settings slider. Sliding that to On opens up another set of settings. One of them is horizontally flip source. Checking that check box flips the image to the proper point of view. Why Logitech would reverse the default image is beyond me. And, why they don’t provide instructions on how to flip the image is crazy. Anyway, just downloading this simple (free) program from the Logitech website solves the issue. All is well. I’m very happy with the webcam now.
