Of course, when COVID hit, we all had to work from home with Zoom, etc. I couldn’t find this camera anywhere (great reviews) so I bought a couple of no-name webcams. Thanks B&H for keeping me in the loop. As soon as this became available, I grabbed one. So glad I did. Optics are great, mic terrific and the software allows me to customize my image. What’s not to like !

Seems as though the C920s–like most all other webcams–was back ordered forever, but the wait was well worth it. I’ve been using it for little more than a week, and not yet so heavily as i will in a month or so, but so far, so good. No-hassle plug-and-play, great picture quality, and numerous ways to configure the camera.

A friend commented that the video quality of this camera was better than my old Microsoft Lifecam 5000. And it doesn’t suffer the constant auto-focus hunting that the older camera did. I also like the privacy shutter. Some issues: The mount shoe, below the lens, extends to the top of the display, so that I need to resize the window to see menu bar items. There is no tilt or swivel adjustment. The interface is only USB 2, not USB 3 But overall, a great improvement without spending tons of money.

Nice, quality web cam. Basically plug and play; setup took me about 10-15 minutes start to finish. Downloading, installing, and running included Capture application SW was seamless. Easy mounting to the monitor, with good quality picture, even in less than bright lighting, and auto-focus works well. I’m only a casual user, not a teacher recording lessons, but I do take real time music instruction lessons. It’s great for that; my instructor commented on the high picture quality at his end. I’m very happy with this web cam. And it’s very reasonably priced.

This cam is the best. Phenomenal image quality and no skipping/lag that I can tell. These fine folks kept me in the loop as to when it would come in from back-ordered. It was well worth the wait. Can’t wait to use it on a video conference.

The webcam is easy to install, has a very clear picture, has software to make adjustments and a cover you can close over the lens when not in use. The only negative for me is that I can’t find a way to limit the field of view. When mounted on my wife’s monitor it covers the entire room. You can see my desk which is directly to the right of her. This is a minor issue, but I wish there was a way to adjust using software instead of having to turn her monitor.

If this were a review of B&H alone, it would be 6 or 7 stars. Outstanding customer service, fair prices, rapid response to questions or problems and great products. A-1, the best! The webcam – we had to wait over 9 months for supply to catch up with demand (blame the pandemic, not B&H) but once we got them we are very pleased. My wife uses hers to do telehealth in her mental health practice. My son and I use ours at home for his school remote classes and my clients. The C920s does everything we need pretty well. The slight down side is a lack of instructions (Logitech has a good website however) and the image, while not as crisp and sharp as I was expecting, is fine. The set-up is easy (plug it in, clip it on top of your monitor), the microphones are good and the controls are fairly easy to use. My experience with Logictech products has always been positive and this is no exception.

As a septuagenarian, I found the unit easy to install and set up. Kudos! As someone who is concerned about privacy, the little flap that prevents the camera from seeing anything is a simple valuable fix to privacy concerns. I have received praise for the quality of the image. Easy to set up, easy to use, easy to adjust to show what I want. Very affordable complement to my home office.

This webcam was recommended to me by a friend who teaches on-line courses for retirees and had tested several other cameras. Prior to buying this, I had tried a few other inexpensive cameras which I returned. This camera cost slightly more but was vastly superior than those. The picture quality is excellent and there is no barreling or pincushioning effect. The flip-up lens cover works smoothly unlike the sliding covers of other models I tried. If you have a Windows computer, an excellent software program for the camera can be downloaded from Logitech. There is not equivalent program for the Mac as yet. As a Mac user, I’m hoping Logitech produces one soon.

I like the styling of this camera. It gives me the warm fuzzy that I control it, and not feeling that I get when I’m at a bank. I generally don’t like cameras, but I wanted one for meetings while working from home. I felt like would be able to trust a brand-named camera to only be on when I wanted it to be, so I spent a bit more on this one. I have not tried anything else to compare it to, but watched a ton of online videos where others did, and this one always seemed to come out on top for the price.
