Rate these at a 4.5 since HP 2.1s get a 5 star. No volume control on subwoofer as with HP’s. Bass tends to be overbalanced but for those that like heavier bass an excellent value. Big sound.

I use this system for my computer because my stock speakers weren’t cutting it bass wise. Defianatly a steal for the price. I heard these at … (if you know what i mean) and just had to get them. Dont worry about loudness these things can kick!!!!

I intentially ordered these thinking they were like any other PC speaker system and I just needed something basic for my satellite radio but I am overwhelmed by the sound quality. I have a basic 2 speaker setup in my workout room to plug in my satellite radio but its like night and day. I’m ordering a 2nd set for that room.

The sound quality is ok for what it is, but the input plug on mine is defective. It doesn’t fit in the hole properly. I’ve tried it with 4 different devices, and it crackles and pops. Probably just a defective unit, but now I’ve got to spend the rest of my day off going to exchange it. I have Logitech Z5500 speakers and a G5 mouse that I’ve had for years without any problems, but this junk took Logitech down a notch in my book.

The Logitech speaker system has great sound. The base response is very good, with the base speaker actually mounted at the bottom of the unit. As a result the deep base response is not restricted or muffled in any way. We are definately enjoying this product and its clear and resonate sound!

Must say that I actually purchased these speakers thinking that I was going to get a price range performance. Man was I wrong. These speakers are amazing! What more could you expect for $? This unit is worth much more. It sounds incredibly good and is a great value for the price. If you are an audiophile and want perfection, this unit isn’t for you, but if you want great sound and don’t want to spend a bunch, you can’t go wrong. Easy connections.

I was searching for cheap 2.1 speakers that could do the job. Those ones defenilly do! The bass doesn’t sound cheap, and the volume is enought for playing or listening music. For a small room is enough for sure.

This 2.1 system has the advantages of an effective high quality stereo with the bass sub woofer. It is a snap to hookup to your computer and does not take up a lot of desk space. I use these speakers on my desktop and i find the quality of the speakers for the price is very good. I agree with other reviews that the base is just a touch too heavy but otherwise i am very happy with this purchase.

My Speakers just arived today, i hooked them up and they sound amazing. Neither I nor my friends could believe the price of them. I trust them to last a while since most logitech products do. The only thing that was suprising was that there was not a seperate bass control. However, its not really needed, the sound mixes very well.

The sub sounds really good, but sometimes I wish the speakers were louder. So to solve the problem of not having enough sound I took a splitter and put it on the back of the sub, and plugged in a set of computer speakers that I already had, and bought another set of Logitech speakers. Now it really fills up the room with sound. I mostly use them for my iPod and listen to music all the time. I am really astounded with the quality for the low price!

Based on a past PC speaker purchase, for the price, I was expecting basic sound delivery. WOW, I couldn’t be more wrong! The sound was spectacular! Good bass, treble and the volume was excellent. When increasing the volume, it didn’t get scratchy. . Rather than spending big bucks for speakers, I highly recommend this system!
