The Logitech Z313 2.1 Speaker System sounds great at low to medium volume levels and I really like the wired remote volume control and switch. They have enough power, with no distortion that I can hear, for an average sized room or apartment. I’ve had these for about a week and I’m very happy with them.

I use this speaker system in my office, and it delivers a great quality of sound in that relatively small area. The speakers, combined with the sub-woofer, are so much better than the Beats audio on my laptop, and they sound fantastic, whether I’m listening to Brahms or The Psychedelic Furs! I don’t know if they’d be as good in a larger room (office is 12 x 12), but they’re perfect for my application.

I was so happy with the purchase. The sound quality from this system is great, compared to a Sony PC speakers that I bought two months at a similar price. It can be very loud with no or little distortion with beautiful Bass. Only weakness is no Bass control. I would highly recommend it.

I have these set up on my computer corner style desk and they don’t take up very much room. They aren’t flashy with lights which I like and they provide excellent sound quality. One of my favorite parts is the volume remote with power button and headphone jack.

I got this to replace an old Altec Lansing 2.1 speaker system that had the best bass in the world and really good overall sound. That model is no longer made unfortunately. These Logitech z313’s are not quite as good but overall the sound they produce is clear and balanced and pleasant. You can’t adjust the bass or subwoofer output on it from the unit itself but by default it produces clear and nice sounding bass. The satellites also sound very good.One thing to be aware of is you cannot adjust the sound from the little volume pod when you are using headphones. The volume pod only works for the speakers. You have to adjust the sound from the computer. Also, if you have the headphones plugged into the pod but have the 2.1 system off, sound will still come out of the headphones.I tried a few other 2.1 systems before this including some cyber acoustics and various 2.0 speaker sets and the z313 to my ears sounds better than all of them.

First off, I opened this product with a $40 pair of speakers in mind and got amazing quality 2x that of my broken $50 speaker i bought awhile ago. The cords are long so they give you quite a bit of room to move everything around. The bass in this thing could probably shake my house if i put it up to max, lucky i never even need to go that high to FEEL it. The middle piece is quite large but well worth the space. Over all 5 of 5 stars.

At first, I found this frustrating, however, after recieving this speaker system I am more than happy to have an external speaker system. I have one of these speaker systems plugged into my Audio Techinca AT-LP60 turntable which has a built in pre-amp, and the sound is fantastic. I have another of these speaker systems plugged into my Apple Airport Express for playing music from iTunes wirelessly – sounds great.

This system is hooked to an HP desktop in a small room of our house. The speakers sound real good, but the kicker is the separate bass placed under the desk. Wow! What a difference compared to our previous (no externally powered) minimal set-up. I can’t believe how enjoyable this makes our computer for listening to Youtube etc. Only 4 stars because of the separate on-off switch and lack of bass adjustment. This package really is great for our purposes though. I have already recommended this product to two friends.
