The G635 Virtual 7.1-Channel Surround Sound LIGHTSYNC Gaming Headset from Logitech G is designed to provide you with an immersive listening experience whether you’re watching movies, listening to music, or playing games. With DTS Headphone:X technology, you’ll be able to set up a virtual 3D environment for full, positional audio. This headset features large 50mm Pro-G drivers enhanced with woven mesh material, customizable LIGHTSYNC RGB lighting, a 6mm built-in boom mic, and three programmable G-keys. When not in use, the boom mic can be flipped up to mute it while built-in volume controls provide you with quick and easy adjustments. I like the headset a lot because you can hear everthing in the game and it reduces the sound out side the headset so you only hear you’re game. The sound is very crisp. They are comfortable to wear and light. The lights give it a nice look and style. I would highly recommend them. I’m a big gamer and I have had many headsets before, by far these are the best I have ever had.

They sound great right out of the box, and you do not need any software, but if you like, you can download G-hub and tweak them a bit for a better listening experience. Microphone sounds clear as well.
