Overall great, and I like how the mute button gets recognized in things like Microsoft Teams automatically. One nitpick – there’s also what I call the call end button, which can be way too easy to accidentally press, because it’s on the same small controller as the mute button, just on the other side. Very easy to accidentally leave a meeting when all you want to do is mute your mic.

My IT group at work provides this headset to employees, so I’m used to it, and when my old Plantronics at home started acting up I took the easy route and ordered this after seeing how ridiculously many headsets are out there. The sound is decent, and the mic works well. The ear cups can get a little warm during a long call, but not terribly so. I do wish the cable was a few feet longer sometimes, but it works fine on a short USB extension if needed.

Using this to dictate and I only wanted one ear covered so I could also hear the computer audio through the speaker system. Does the trick. The microphone pick up is accurate and works well with the dictation program.

This headset produces great sound and great clear music. I can hear notes that did not get through my old Boston speakers. I give only 4 stars because the set tends to hurt my ears a bit after hours of using it. Also the ear pads/pieces are a little small for my ears. I like the switch it is very convenient when listening to music on Spotify.

I use this for video conference meetings on Zoom and Teams. Most of my time I use it with Unity Intercom as a remote control room set up and it works really well.

This headset works well at muting background noise. It’s also comfortable to wear for long periods of time. The cord also seems to be of decent quality for frequent use.

This works well. Not complicated. Audio is very clear. I sort of wish I got the stereo so that I can listen to music and get on calls, back and forth. But there’s a sensible use for each – mono or stereo.

The size of the headset was much smaller than I anticipated but I figured I am using it in my zoom meeting , so it’s okay. The sound is great, I can hear clearly but my coworker complained that they are unable to hear me well. They complained about the static background noise when I speak. I set up on another computer to test it out and the microphone would not register at all. Not sure if I received a defective product , but I am going to have to return it and buy another headset.
