Having Metric scale on one side of the tape and Engineers scale on the other side of the tape is not good if you are looking for a precise measurement. Your not always able to read the tape on the side you want to read, in my case, engineering scale without trying to read across the Metric scale. As a Land Surveyor, I take many measurements and it would be ideal to have the Engineering Scale on both sides of the tape. It’s a good tape if your needs are for the two scales. I wouldn’t recommend it if you only use one of the scales. I didn’t notice the 2 scales, the pic shows the Engineering Scale and the Description doesn’t say anything about the tapes scales.
