Suitable for measuring vertical, horizontal or curved surfaces, the Crescent Lufkin Dual Measuring Wheel displays surface dimensions in feet and inches for quick, accurate distance calculations. It features a 2 wheel design for superb balance along uneven terrain or long indoor expanses. The analog counter dial calibrated to the wheel counts to 10,000 ft. before rolling over to 0.

This is a reasonably accurate and inexpensive tool for measuring distance. It works great on smooth surfaces, but not so well on gravel or rocky surfaces: the hard-surfaced wheels slide instead of roll. Also, the twist-lock handle doesn’t stay locked when going over rougher surfaces.

This item worked fine, but I wish I had just bought the 12” instead. It would be easier to use. This wheel is perfectly accurate, but the small wheels are harder to navigate than a large 12” wheel.
