I like the tape measure, because it is small enough to carry in your pocket, and long enough to measure up to 6 feet.

This has no hold open. It just recoils, so you must always use two hands to keep it extended. Otherwise a good product. It works smoothly. It’s compact and lightweight. It just doesn’t have what I thought was a standard feature on tape measures.
