The instructions for assembling it and usage are not very clear. For example, where does the gasket go, on the lid? And the glass lid is not meant to go on the pot for pressure cooking? For those who have never used a pressure cooker or multi-cooker, this is confusing. I am missing the silicone grommets that fit on the handle of the glass lid so I have not used this appliance yet.

We have only used the Pressure Cooker feature with meats, potatoes and carrots.The cooker is easy to use and quiet, not anything like my mom’s old pressure cooker.Be sure to cut your carrots in bigger pieces (baby carrot size) because they do cook soft, the potatoes too!

First time with pressure cooker and this certainly met expectations. Food comes out great. Most meats can be done in this, sealing in juices and flavors. I usually run it through an air fryer to crisp up the outside but it probably halves the cooking time of most things.As is the case of alot of things coming out of China, the directions may be in english, but it’s not very good english. It takes a little while to figure some things out.
