The Guide Rail Adapter (196953-0) is engineered for increased accuracy and convenience when used with the category-leading Makita 18-Volt LXT Brushless 6-1/2 Circular Saw (XSH03M/Z) and guide rail (saw and rails sold separately). The Guide Rail Adapter allows the use of XSH03M/Z with Makita 55 and 118 Guide Rails. When used together, the XSH03M/Z, Guide Rail Adapter, and Guide Rail offer a more portable solution over a table saw for cutting large wood panels and other wood materials.

it does not seem like commercial grade accessory, but it works, and key wear components seems will withstand hobbyists use for long time. I got it for XSH03 cordless saw, which has blade on left side, and the way mount attaches to saw, makes you use your left hand to push it forwards along the track, when you cut close to edge, so that is caveat yo be aware of, if you plan to use it with the same combination,
