I have had many portable Table saw’s before and there’s none, like this Makita it even has an electric break, there’s none out there in this class with electric break that what makes this Makita number one in this market today.

Too expensive compering to other similar saws. Very limited to dado blades size and type use.

I wish the table was a bit larger for large plywood stock.

Love the saw! It is well made. The reason the stand is so expensive is that it is solid and adjustable. But reading the one page instructions left me scratching my head saying what is this and where does this go?There are unexplained storage slots . I watched a YouTube for some help. Good thing it needed little adjustment. Still I recommend the saw for serious woodworkers .

This is a great saw. Lots of power for a 15amp motor. The fence is rock solid and easy to adjust. The electric brake is great and the ability to rip 4x in one pass was another reason I wanted this saw. As a pro carpenter I have used every brand table saw and this is definitely worth the money.

Nice cuts and so crashed on it, it s my first table saw, slowly learned everything about her, so beautiful design, light weight and easy to carry around for my job. Will recommend this to anyone, cause Makita knows what they are doing for us, a brand that can be trusted.

This saw was on the north side of my buget but has been worth every penny. I have just started a reminding business and have experience with Bosch, ridge, craftsman and ryobi. This saw surpassed all of them.

This saw is a dream, and collapses to a nice compact size. A bit heavy for one person to load and unload, but it should handle any and all job site needs.

A geared arbor bevel, T slot miter gauge track, positive, no slop, rip fence adjustment means this table saw is above the others.

Yes … you can buy a contractor’s grade table saw for less money…and… you will end up with… a cheap saw….built with cheaper materials… a almost square fence… almost clean cuts …almost contactor grade… almost dependable……Me…I want to know my saw is solid… and square…that when i cut …the cuts will be clean… and right the first time… so far this saw has exceeded my expectations ….the stand is fantastic too… it rolls across rough terrain easily… you know this is the saw you want so order it already!

Saw was easy to assemble as was the lift/legs. It’s a bit heavier than expected so less portable but more stable than expected as well. One person can load it into the work truck or maneuver it around the job site. The side extension works well, stays square and offers good support.
