It’s very very good

It did everything that I thought it would do. I got a 60 tooth blade on my sliding Mikita saw and it worked great.

Even with steady speed of cut the blade still has rip out, even on oak.

I bought it for picture framing. It makes great cuts on both hardwood and aluminum material. Cuts are very fine and do not show any chipping.

Not as smooth of a cut as I expected. Still have to fine sand “little hairs off cuts”.

I use Makita blades on my table saw and my compound saw very sharp blades that last long time between blade changes

Bought this blade to replace my Makita A-93550 70 Tooth Quiet Crosscutter for my mitre saw. I’ve been very happy with it and it’s performed quite well for me, but didn’t see it available on Home Depot. Instead I ordered the 80 Teeth Micro Polished blade which was delivered to my doorstep in a plastic bag with no padding, bubble wrap etc. Who knows what happened between the warehouse and my doorstep but the blade was slightly bent. I made a test cut and found it cut no better than my 70 tooth blade, plus the 80 tooth blade SCREAMS as it cuts, and continues to ring like a church bell long after the blade has stopped moving. If noise doesn’t bother you, the 80 tooth is a decent blade at a good price, but I would have it delivered to the store instead and hold onto your receipt until you’ve inspected it. I opted for having my 70 tooth re-sharpened at Forrest saw blades, which is local to me. Good luck!

This is a very good saw blade for making mitered cuts in baseboards, moldings, and casings. The cut is so fine, sanding of the cut edge isn’t really necessary.
