The Makita 12-Volt MAX CXT Lithium-Ion Cordless Impact Driver delivers power and speed in an ultra-compact size for driving and fastening applications. For added convenience the batteries include an on-board LED charge level indicator. The DT03R1 weighs only 2.3 lbs. (with 12-Volt MAX 2.0Ah battery) and delivers 970 in. lbs. of Maximum Torque. It is an ideal solution for users seeking a more compact impact driver with less weight or for applications in tight spaces. For longer run time, all 12-Volt MAX CXT cordless tools are also compatible with the 12-Volt MAX CXT Lithium-Ion 4.0Ah battery (BL1041B). 12-Volt MAX CXT Lithium-Ion batteries are engineered with a Battery Protection Circuit that protects against overloading, over-discharging and over-heating. Compact and Light weight. Fits in tight spaces where most others wont. A real wrist saver! Makes it much easier to hang drywall overhead. My otherhalf has one, I have always been upset when he uses it and leaves me with my rayobi, its so heavy! Now I have my own. We are remodeling my house and this impact driver is an absolute staple. It is pretty tough too. It sees some pretty heavy use.
