Makita ImpactXPS is new innovation in fastening with insert bits and fastening accessories built for the demands of the professional contractor. The ImpactXPS T30 Torx 1 in. Insert Bits are designed exclusively for use with high-torque impact drivers and are engineered to last up to 90-times longer than standard insert bits. High-strength steel delivers longer bit life and the precision-fit tip is engineered to prevent cam-out and stripping. The torsion section of the bit flexes under load to take pressure off of the bit tip for increased durability. The high quality steel construction is engineered for increased durability and features a matte nickel surface for best in class corrosion resistance. ImpactXPS T30 Torx 1 in. These were bought to replace the bit that came with the package of screws. These worked well with both the drill and with the socket wrench (used in a tight area where the drill wouldn’t fit).

I picked these up after experiencing how amazing the PH2 bits were and I have to say these are just as amazing! These fit into Torx fasteners so well it’s as if they were made for each other. I can’t believe how well these things are made. I’ll be sticking with these for as long as they make them!

Just ok. Did not strip out the screws, but did not stay retained in the screw gun bit holder as well as the aftermarket ones did. I was constantly having to put them back in.
