Makita Magnetic Nutsetter is designed to drive 1/4 in. hex head nuts and self-tapping screws in a variety of applications. 1/4 in. hex shank for convenient use with high-torque impact drivers and driver-drills. Had a task securing rain gutter brackets that had a captive screw with a 1/4 in. hex head. I had accessories to fit a drill/driver but I wanted a sure fitting nutsetter to use while up on a ladder. The Makita did the job quite well. I really didn’t need two of them but the XPS only comes in a 2 pack. Perhaps I’ll pass one one to another who appreciates good tools.

These are exactly what they purport to be. They work well, thought I’m accustomed to short ones that tool companies often sell. When I first tried to use them, they didn’t fit the screw head. I switched to my old stubby one and it didn’t fit any better. These are exactly what I needed. They are also easy to find in my tools.
