Powerful, lightweight and easy to use. The starting process is less than intuitive, but it starts easily once the process is understood.

Awesome machines, exactly what I expected from Makita

Machine performs exceptionally well, the throttle is responsive and the airstream is more powerful than I expected. The unit is a bit heavy and storage is tough since it doesn’t breakdown easily. This would be a 5 star review if I could collapse it down a bit more and hang it on a bracket on the wall in my garage.

Heavy for a leaf blower

Quiet yet extremely powerful and well designed. It’s so nice using your blower pack and not smelling like 2 stroke oil. I’m extremely happy and would highly recommend this model.

I have the EB7650TH model from 2018, which this EB7660TH replaces. Compare this to similar size Stihl. Marvelous blower. Strong enough to get leaves out from among 10″ tall dense landscaping ground cover plants, where raking damages them. At idle, soft enough force to remove even heavy ginkgo leaves from above oak mulch around trees, without blowing the mulch onto lawn. Use ear muffs, but seems much quieter than many other blowers. True 4 stroke, so oil and gas are separate, so I do not have to worry about messy fluids on my back – one of the main reasons I purchased. Not in stock at HD, but they rent them, so you can view, and maybe start if they have time. Also, HD repairs onsite — which I don’t anticipate, but good to know. I used Amsoil small engine synthetic oil for long term peace of mind. PS : RE JMYFLEET comment. The back harness tends to want to slip laterally. I might want to tweak the design next fall, with more cross bracing in front. Still 5 star considering all that I DO like.

Very powerful. When idling, it’s as powerful as my electric plug-in blower. I use it all the time for cleanup after lawn work, and it’s powerful enough to take care of the wooded area in my backyard in the spring / fall.

1.very quite for leaf blower. 2. I bought this one because I hate mixing oil/gas. It’s like your mower. Put in oil in it’s own area. Then gas And go. After so many full ups change oil. I would recommend this leaf blower. My friend the landscaper couldn’t believe they make one that you don’t have to mix oil/ gas with the power he would need.

The blower is very good, but too pricy.

Very powerful, does the job easy Only thing it’s little heavy and first three days will feel it on your shoulders.

Excellent stuff starts the engine from first or second pull.

This blower is awesome. Surrounded by trees and it blows sticks and gumballs across the yard. Blows off patio and carport in just a few minutes where it took 20 minutes with my handheld gas blower. The extra power was much needed for a large yard.
