Saw started 4th pull out of the box and has started within 3 pulls every time since. Saw is considerably quieter and seems to cut just fine.

Takes some getting used to but this is by far the best saw I have ever put my hands on. From easy starting to quiet idle to never mixing gas again. Only thing is the shut off switch is easy to bump to the off position.

We put the saw to work immediately and it’s been working great ever since , I own 3 of the same saws that take mixed fuel and they work great but the new saw works just as good without the hassles of mixing.

Very happy with my Makita concrete saw, but it is a gas guzzler.

Great saw! Not having to run mixed fuel is a real plus on a job site. When cutting concrete or asphalt it is still noisy but when idling it is much quieter than the two stroke version. The vibration also seems to be less when using this saw.

First saw failed to start. Replacement started but cold natured. I live in Florida. Underpowered. Bogs down easily. Heavy. Would not buy again. MADE IN CHINA.

Great machine, tears it up fast.

Seems well built. Cuts well. It is a bit cold blooded however but once it has ran for 30 seconds or so it cleans up.

Saw is fantastic!! It started on the third pull, right out of the box and has continued to start after three pulls every time. The only downside is that I wished it would have come with a diamond blade, like the other Makita saw I bought.

It doesn’t have that real aggressive power like a two-stroke but it still does the job just like the two-stroke and is a lot quieter smoother and the aggravation of not mixing the oil is worth it I love it
