I can’t give it a thorough review as yet. My goal was to find a drill that would be light, reliable and fit in small spaces (experimental airplane build). I’ve always had superior performance from Makita products, I have circular saw, panel saw, router and compound mitre saw that have provided me excellent service. It is a little on the expensive side, so you might wait a bit to see if the retail price comes down.

Didn’t expect much from a 12 volt unit but, it had more than enough power to drill and screw 2 1/2 deck screws. I would say about 30 before I needed to recharge the battery. Light compact for tight spaces. Perfect for any job.

This drill is amazing! Plenty of power to put 1 3/8 hole saw through metal stud on fast mode, provided you dont mash it. Hammer function put bosch masonry bit right through concrete blocks, does tile fast and neat without cracking it, and fits in tight spaces! I love it. Im a commercial electrician
