This moves a lot of air, a lot more then my Makita gas blower. I like my gas blower but its getting old. I bought the cordless blower to do some of the work my gas blower was doing, I use the gas blower year around. I’ve had the cordless blower a couple of months. I have two sets of batteries, if you use this a lot you need extra batteries.

Was searching for a battery powered chainsaw, was tired of dealing with fuel mixture, the smell and the loud sound it makes.since most of my power tools are Makita, and uses the LXT battery, it was only smart to look into the Makita chainsaw. Got it, easy to assemble, and ready for work.It is very quiet, so I can use it early in the morning, when it’s still cool outside, and not worry about waking the neighbors up. So far, just as good as my gas powered chainsaw.

The batteries were easy to unpack and hook up to the charging station. The fan is a nice touch to help prevent overheating.

Professional quality chainsaw! I have used it for about 6 months , no assembly required, only bar and chain oil needed to be added. Very fast chainsaw with a 3940 feet per minute chain speed or 66 feet per second, about 50 percent faster than other cordless chainsaws. Lightweight at 11.5 lbs with batteries. The 14 inch bar length is perfect for me as a homeowner and firewood burner. Batteries last a long time with LED battery life indicators on the saw itself, very handy. I cut up and de-limbed a 20 foot by 8 inch diameter white birch on just one charge with plenty to spare(I used 2X3.0A/hr batteries) These batteries charge fast! in 23 minutes you are ready to cut again. This saw has met all my expectations and then some, I spent many hours online trying to find best cordless saw for my needs and this new model fit the bill! Love it! I also sold my old Stihl saw as I did not use it enough to warranty the fuss of keeping fresh gas mixture on hand.

Used this blower to clean leaves off of my late wife’s gravesite. Worked perfectly; could not ask for better. Highly recommend this tool.

Got this to replace old corded blower. Does the same work in half the time and weighs so much less. Not sure about large application use but imagine it would hold up. I also got to reach more areas with less hassle due to the battery vs corded. Finished blowing out my back yard within 10 minutes when it usually took 30

Well built, battery saving, auto shut off, auto cooling

Would give it 5 stars but when it is on full power, it drains the battery really quickly. This is to be expected, I guess but we will see how it handles the leaves this fall and even light snow come this winter.

Just as powerful or more than any corded or gas blower. Much more convenient. Batteries last long enough for any homeowner and most landscapers.

When my gas powered leaf blower’s engine froze, i saw the Makita. Excellent power. Not your typical battery operated tool. The 36v two battery system is light and moves a lot of air. I have most of the Makita family of tools and this is another great fit.

It’s fairly large. Cooling fans somewhat noisy. Works as advertised.

Very handy and has great trigger control. I’m very happy with he purchase, after being hesitant to spent that kind of money. Expensive, but the quality is there and I’m very satisfied with the blower.
