Makita 18-Volt Lithium-Ion batteries have the fastest charge times in their categories, so they spend more time working and less time sitting on the charger.

Great power and extremely quiet, great price as long as you already have a battery. I bought the brushless drill and hammer drill combo on Father’s day at a great price! It came with two batteries and a charger. Now all I will buy is makita brand, since the batteries are interchangeable and the tools are bulletproof

This is a quality product and works as expected. I bought the hedge trimmer without a battery or a charger as I have several Makita products with 3.0 ah batteries. Again it worked just fine with the 3.0 ah battery even though the 4.0 ah battery is recommended. My wife likes it because it is so lightt weight and easy to handle.
