The tool-less blade change system allows for faster blade installation and removal. The rubberized soft grip handle provides increased comfort on the job. There is a built-in LED light with pre-glow and afterglow illuminate the work area. It weighs 10.2 lbs. with batteries, which is a bit heavy for longer-term activity. However it is a powerful unit that really does a fine job cutting through 6 to 8 inch limbs.

Forget the yellow brand.Makita may be a little more money but worth every penny for the professional. Fantastic reciprocal saw kit. The most versatile tool in my pole barn! Love the freedom of being unplugged, with the most powerful 36 volt (2, 18 volt batteries, which makes the tool a little hefty but is well balanced) reciprocating saw I have ever used. It comes with seven Makita blades of different TPI. Cut through black pipe like hot butter! This saw has quick connect blade lock that is fantastic, makes it really quick to change blades. The motor is two speeds. Comes with a nice carrying bag with deep pockets on the inside for holding accessories and charger. It is now my favorite tool.
