I needed a cordless saw.

The saw is nice and light. It’s compact enough to get it into tight spots. As you add pressure to the trigger, it seems to stair-step up the speed, rather than having a nice progression of increased speed. That’s not much of a problem. It seems great, but not in too heavy duty applications.

Carry this little guy on every job. Great for cutting anything from PVC pipe in tight spots to a home made corn hole set!

Good tool. Great for tight spaces and lightweight. My only con is that it should come with tool bag or case to store it.

Fantastic addition to my Makita 18v set! Compact is nice, initially I wanted a corded, but the random options that arise make cordless the way to go. Pretty quiet, not much vibration. I opted for this over a Ryobi that costed 1/3 the price.

This was an anniversary gift from my husband (talk amongst yourselves …). I was actually thrilled to receive it as I have a lot of clearing to do on our 10 acres but am nervous about using a chainsaw. I love that it is rechargeable & light enough for me to use for several hours at a time. I can even use it one handed.

I used this saw all day cutting electrical EMT conduit as well as threaded rod. It didn’t fail my expectations.I’m having to borrow the battery from my impact and driver set whenever needed which is the only drawback not having the battery included.
