I deliver concrete for a living, and when I’m pouring into a pump I put this radio on my back fender where I’m standing it works out great, very heavy duty and definitely has a Makita cool factor, everybody loves it.

Not a fan of the antenna that screws in but other than that it’s great.

I bought this as a Christmas present for my boyfriend. It was delivered in the original box and he saw it. Otherwise the quality and battery life are great. Would recommend.

Was very disappointed in the box it came in showing what it was for two reasons:1. This was a gift and it was seen as soon as that person walked to the door and saw the box2. Someone could have easily seen what it was and stole it off my porchPlease get plain brown boxes to put deliveries in or have the option for gift.
