Good speaker for price overall ! Wish it was a bit louder but again for price works well. I just like the 18v battery insert option for portability but may buy something more powerful next time.

Wonderful Bluetooth SPEAKER!!! Great in my shop. Works well with 18v battery, but I keep it plugged in with included AC cord, then I can use the USB port to charge my cellphone. To the knuckle-heads that give this a bad review read the description. It is NOT a RADIO!! NOT a battery CHARGER!!

I’ve been wanting a bluetooth speaker that was rugged and didn’t require a lengthy recharge. This is great. I can use my Makita LXT tool batteries; battery runs down, swap with a fully charged one. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because it’s solid black (all my Makita tools are Makita blue and black), it’s not as I loud as I would like when using it outdoors (indoors it’s fine), and it would be nice if it could read mp3s from a USB device.
