The heavy-gauge, precision-machined base is engineered for smooth, accurate cutting and added durability in harsh job site conditions. Very nice, works great. You can orient the cutter in any direction or change it without using tools. Just lift up the lever on the front. Has a variable speed dial also. The on/off switch stays on without having to hold the button in the whole time.

This thing is absolutely amazing. I bought it to cut the hole in my cabinet for an over the range microwave hood vent. At first I was trying to do it with a jigsaw but I couldn’t get close enough to the wall (needed to be flush). I also couldn’t get a sawzall up in the cabinet but that wouldn’t probably have worked any way. I saw this thing in a YouTube video and immediately went out and bought it. It did not let me down! This is the perfect saw for those weird cuts that you can’t make with a jigsaw or a sawzall. It’s one of the best purchases I’ve made in a long time. Highly recommended.
