The Original Copper Pan wok has naturally concave shape and 12 in. Dia with a 6 Qt. Capacity with double the surface area compared to conventional fry pans. The wok is perfect for cooking family-sized meals. Constructed from ultra-tough ceramic and infused with our special non-stick coating. Heat travels from the bottom all the way up and around the sides for true 360° cooking, so you can cook twice as much food, twice as fast. This wok handled everything I threw at it and more. It cleaned up nicely being that it has a nonstick finish. The lid was an extra feature that served many purposes. It helped to keep the food fresh and kept the cat out of the food as she likes to jump up on the cabinet to investigate. It also keeps your creation from getting cross contaminated with the other food in the fridge. While some might think this wok is a bit on the heavy side, it has two handles to help move the skillet from the stove to the fridge or to the table. I would not be ashamed to have this wok displayed or used as a serving dish on the table. It is very attractive as woks go if you like the color. I highly recommend this wok/deep skillet to anyone who plans to do any stir fry or has alot of lo mien noodles or chicken to be fried. Go ahead and try this wok. You won’t be disappointed.
