I love it I have an electric stove I put it to six and a half and it Browns beautifully and keeps an even temperature which is hard to do with an electric stove and nothing sticks I use very little oil just wished it had a lid I’m going to order another skillet a smaller one as I have an 11 inch to use for smaller portions when needed
